When will my order ship?

We are a small team of one and a half (my husband helps when needed). Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Orders will be shipped out every Monday and Thursday.

Is there an option for a local pick-up or delivery service?

Yes! Local pick-up is available at the Fraser Valley Artisan Food Hub - 2570 Cyril St, Abbotsford, BC. Please select local pick-up when you check out and send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co with your order number to make arrangements.

We also offer free local deliveries within 20 kms of Langley. Please select local delivery when you check out.

Where do you ship to?

We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or FedEx to ship all across Canada and UPS to ship to our friends in the U.S. For any shipments outside of Canada and the U.S. please send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co.

New flat rate shipping fees:

Across Canada - $15
USA - $25

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee*. No questions asked, and any feedback is welcome. Please read the fine print before purchasing.

The fine print…we understand some people are hesitant to order without being able to sample first. So we encourage you to purchase a taster pack if you are unsure instead of committing to two or more boxes. If you don’t love it as much as we do, we will happily provide you with a refund and a huge thank you for giving us a try.

*The really fine print maximum refund amount is $29.95 + tax which is the price of one box.

What happens if the product arrives damaged or melted?

If an order is received damaged or melted, we will give you the choice of having your order refunded or sent again.

Please send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co within 30 days of the delivery date to request a refund or a reshipment.

Be sure to include photos so we can better understand what might have gone wrong.

HEAT + CHOCOLATE = A HOT MESS!

Each order will be insulated in liners and cold packs and shipped with one-day service. We encourage you to order higher quantities during this time if you are able so that you may save on the additional cost of cold shipping.

Please remember to add to your cart COLD SHIPPING $5 or $10 based on the quantity you order or the order will not be shipped. For example:


Sample Pack or 1-2 Boxes = COLD SHIPPING $5

3+ Boxes = COLD SHIPPING $10

If however, your package arrives damaged or melted, please refer to the section above.
