When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Orders will be shipped out every Monday and Thursday.

Is there an option for a local pick-up or delivery service?

Local pick-up is available at:

950 Seaborne Ave, #2150, Port Coquitlam, BC

Please select local pick-up when you check out and send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co with your order number to make arrangements.

We also offer free local deliveries within 10 kms of Langley.

Where do you ship to?

We use ICS, UPS, Purolator or FedEx to ship all across Canada. For any shipments outside of Canada please send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co.

How much is shipping?

New flat rate shipping fees:

BC - $7
Across Canada - $15

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee* if our products do not meet your expectations. If you are new to monk fruit juice, we suggest giving it a few tries as it does take time for your palette to adapt to the flavour.

We understand some people are hesitant to order without being able to sample first. So we encourage you to purchase a variety pack.

Please send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co within 10 days of the delivery date to request a refund. Don’t forget to include your order number.

What happens if the product arrives damaged or melted?

Once the package leaves our hands it is out of our control. Courier companies do not provide coverage for perishables so all shipments are at your own risk.

Please send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co within 7 days of the delivery date if you have any concerns regarding your shipment and we will do our best to resolve it.

Be sure to include photos so we can better understand what might have gone wrong.

Summer protocol (May to October)

We do not ship during this time due to the warm weather. We advise stocking up before May to ensure you have Mindful Monk on hand. Or you can support your local retailer as we will have Mindful Monk on sale at all of our stores.
