When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Orders will be shipped out every Monday and Thursday.

Is there an option for a local pick-up or delivery service?

Local pick-up is available at:

Please select local pick-up when you check out and send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co with your order number to make arrangements.

We also offer free local deliveries within 10 kms of Langley.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across Canada and the continental United States.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our product.
  • At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam), as transit times are too long for cold shipping to be effective.
  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.
  • If you’re located outside of Canada or the U.S., please email us at customercare@mindfulmonk.co to explore possible shipping options.

Summer protocol (May to September)

Yes, we ship in the summer! Because chocolate is sensitive to heat, all orders during this time include cold shipping materials to keep your bars safe in transit.

To help offset the higher shipping cost, we recommend stocking up in bulk or supporting your local retailer. Many of our stores will have Mindful Monk on sale during the summer months.

Summer Shipping (May – September): Cold-Protected Shipping

To ensure your chocolates arrive safely during warmer months, all orders include a cold-protection fee that covers insulated packaging and ice packs.

We partially cover the cost of cold protection in summer to keep shipping rates as low as possible while ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

When temperatures drop, we’re able to offer lower rates since cold protection isn’t required.

Return & Refund Policy

At Mindful Monk, we handcraft every chocolate with care, using only clean, simple ingredients. We want you to feel good about your purchase, and we stand behind our products. Because our chocolates are perishable, we do not accept returns, but we do offer the following:

100% Satisfaction Guarantee (First Orders Only)

  • If this is your first time trying Mindful Monk and you’re not satisfied with the taste, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll issue a full refund for your purchase, no return required.
  • Please note: this guarantee applies to first-time orders only.
  • A note on monk fruit: We use pure monk fruit juice as our only sweetener. It has a naturally different sweetness profile than sugar, and for some people it takes a few bites to get used to. While most of our customers love it, we understand it may not be for everyone.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send an email to customercare@mindfulmonk.co with:
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Once verified, we will replace the affected product(s) or issue a refund.

General Terms

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • We do not accept product returns due to food safety regulations.
