At Mindful Monk, we handcraft every chocolate with care, using only clean, simple ingredients. We want you to feel good about your purchase, and we stand behind our products. Because our chocolates are perishable, we do not accept returns, but we do offer the following:
100% Satisfaction Guarantee (First Orders Only)
- If this is your first time trying Mindful Monk and you’re not satisfied with the taste, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll issue a full refund for your purchase, no return required.
- Please note: this guarantee applies to first-time orders only.
- A note on monk fruit: We use pure monk fruit juice as our only sweetener. It has a naturally different sweetness profile than sugar, and for some people it takes a few bites to get used to. While most of our customers love it, we understand it may not be for everyone.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- We do not accept product returns due to food safety regulations.
